FaceTime photo shoots for lockdown babies!

London Newborn Photographer FaceTime Shoots in aid of Refuge domestic abuse charity

Like most people at the moment, I’m stuck at home and getting bored! I’m unable to do photo sessions with families during lockdown, so I’ve found a bit of a work-around.. family photo shoots over FaceTime!

Book your session here!

As a newborn photographer, I know how important it is to capture on camera those first few days and weeks with a new baby at home. So I’m offering FaceTime photo shoots to families with a baby born during lockdown.

There is no fee for these! I’m asking for donations to Refuge domestic abuse charity – a cause that is really important to me, particularly at this time when cases of domestic violence against women and children have increased hugely. Calls to Refuge‘s helpline have risen by 700% during this time.

How am I taking photos over FaceTime?

As long as you have an iPhone 6 or later, running at least iOS 11, we can do the session 🙂 Unfortunately this doesn’t work with Android phones.

I’ll call you from home on my Macbook and take the photos from there. After you give me a quick tour of your home (you don’t need to tidy!) I’ll just ask you to place your iPhone wherever I need it to be for the best light.

It’s all a bit unpredictable but fun, and at the end of the day what else have you got to be doing?!

Enjoy the few example photos below, all taken over FaceTime. And Contact me to book your session! Various times and days are available.
