East London Newborn Photographer | 25 Magical Newborn Baby Photos

    East London Newborn Photographer

I have a beautiful newborn baby shoot in East London to share with you on the blog today! Aubelia and Vincenzo booked me to photograph a maternity session with them a few weeks before baby Leandro was born, so I’d already had the pleasure of hanging out and photographing them and their cute older son Andrea.

Newborn Photo Shoot at Home | East London Newborn Photographer

All my newborn photo shoots take place at home. I just love capturing photos of baby in their home environment, and it’s so much easier for parents this way too. The newborn photo shoot is super relaxed, and totally baby-led. This means plenty of time allowed for nappy changes, feeds and cups of tea!

    Newborn Photography with zero posing..

My newborn photo shoots are all about capturing Real Life. That means no awkward posing and zero cheese! Having a new baby in the house is pretty magical (and tiring..). Have those magic moments captured in photos that you can enjoy forever. It’s like freezing a moment in time – those early days with a new baby go by in such a whirlwind, and before you know it you’ve got a toddler on your hands!

    Newborn Photos with soul

I love creating photos with soul – photos really show the love and connection between you, as well as the ‘imperfectly perfect’ reality of life with a newborn. It’s the fleeting, seemingly unimportant, Real Life moments that are the most special to look back on. And – believe it or not – they can happen as much whilst you’re changing baby’s latest explosive nappy as when you’re cuddling up on the sofa with a sleeping little bundle in your arms.

    Newborn Photo Shoots in Lockdown

Sadly lockdown restrictions prevent me from doing newborn photo shoots at the moment – however if capturing your baby’s early days in the world is important to you I have the next best thing! I’ve put together a Free Guide: 5 Easy Tips For Taking Photos Of Your Baby At Home – the tips are super easy and you can give them a go with just your iPhone.

I’ve had lots of enquiries from parents eager to have their new babies photographed as soon as possible! I’ve opened up bookings for Newborn Photo Shoots from 1st April – dates can be brought forward if restrictions are lifted before then.

How to book a photo shoot with East London Newborn Photographer

I photograph newborns and older babies all over London and the South East (and even further afield!).

It’s super simple to book. Get in touch to schedule your Intro Call – a quick Skype/Zoom call so we can ‘meet’, I can take you through how it all works and even show you some of the beautiful printed products that are available (Fine Art albums and Heirloom Print Boxes are my most popular choices for newborn photos). Once you’re ready to go ahead and book we’ll schedule a date for your session, and then we’re all set!

    Why at home?

Want to know more about why your home is the best place for your newborn photo shoot? I’ve written about why this is the only choice for me as an East London Newborn Photographer when it comes photographing new families – it’s much easier for you than packing up all the baby essentials and heading to a studio, and it’s nicer for baby too ❤️ Read more of my thoughts here!
